Magic Haven Travels is an independent travel agency that works as an independent affiliate of KHM Travel Group. 

Magic Haven Travels offers vacation planning services to individuals, couples, and families who are interested in cruises that depart from U.S. ports and trips to Walt Disney World.

Magic Haven Travels can also assist with pre/post cruise hotel stays as well as ground transportation to/from the airport to the cruise terminal.

Ground transportation can also be arranged to/from the airport to your Walt Disney World resort, if needed.

Some travel advisors do charge planning fees when you utilize their services; however, Magic Haven Travels does not charge any fees. 

Any travel you book through Magic Haven Travels includes our complimentary planning services at no additional cost to you. 

Commission is built into the packages by the travel suppliers, and the cost is the same as it would be if you booked your trip on your own. 

The difference is that when you book through a travel advisor, the supplier pays a commission to the advisor to book/service the reservation. Once your travels are complete, that is when the advisor will receive the commission. 

When you choose to book your trip on your own, the commission goes back to the travel supplier. 

When you choose to utilize the services offered by Magic Haven Travels, you are supporting a small business owner with big dreams.  

Travel advisors do more than just book trips.

Working with a travel advisor offers many benefits that you don't get when booking on your own. A travel advisor works to make your travels easier, more enjoyable, and less stressful from start to finish.They save you time by handling the research, planning, and details of your trip. They have access to supplier trainings, offers personalized recommendations, and if unexpected issues arise, they are there to help and find solutions. They become your personal advocate during the whole process. 

Often times, advisors have access to exclusive offers because of their relationships with suppliers, which are not always available to the general public. Anyone can book a trip online, but a travel advisor turns a vacation into a seamless, personalized, and worry-free experience. 

Passports are highly recommended when cruising out of the country. 

For some "closed-loop" cruises (those that begin and end at the same exact U.S. port) a state-certified birth certificate and a government-issued photo ID can be used; however, the U.S. State Department and cruise lines highly recommend carrying a valid passport (book) on all trips. Some cruise lines and/or destinations require passports. 

In the event of an emergency while out of the country, you would need to obtain a passport (book) to fly back into the country.

The U.S. passport (book) allows worldwide travel by all modes of transport. 

The passport (card) is a cheaper, wallet-sized alternative strictly limited to land and sea crossings between the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Bermuda. 

Passport cards are NOT valid for international air travel.  

Travel protection plans that include medical benefits are highly recommended and helps to offset the costs if/when things don't go as you planned. 

Events may not always unfold as you have planned. Sometimes, the unknown happens, such as travel delays, trip interruptions, lost luggage, or even injuries/sickness. Having a plan in place when the unexpected happens before/during travel is beneficial. 

Consider what your "plan B" would entail in the event that unexpected situations occur and you find yourself without travel protection. 

If you choose to decline travel protection, are you prepared to risk losing the money you invested into your trip? 

Magic Haven Travels does not book flights. 

We are happy to provide suggestions if requested; however, we kindly request that you arrange the air portion on your own. 

Booking your trip well in advance allows for better rates, ship/cabin choices, and resort options. 

The longer you wait to finalize your booking, the greater the chance that your options will become more limited.
